Principle & Construction:
Sovereign RolScreen Filter is specially designed for a Stand Alone or a Cellular Machining setup.
The Sovereign RolScreen Filter (Sovereign RSF) is a Rotating Drum Filter with a Concentric Screw Conveyor as a combined unit that is placed at an Incline. The Chips from the Machining Process along with the Coolant (Water Based Emulsion or Neat Oil) are transferred to the Sovereign RolScreen Filter for Primary Filtration. The Chips are retained by the Sovereign RolScreen Filter through a Simple Physical Sieving Process. The Drum made of Steel Sieves, help retain the Chips and rapidly Drain the Coolant. The Continuous Slow Rotating Movement of the Drum along with the Concentric Screw Conveyor helps carry the retained Chips for effective Chip Disposal. The inclined placement of the Unit helps in rapid draining of the Coolant and Dry Chip Disposal.
With the Sovereign RolScreen Filter a nominal Pre-Separation in the range of 80 -150 micron can be easily achieved.

Sovereign RolScreen filter is normally placed in series with Sovereign Kompakt Band Filter to provide Superior Coolant Clarity invariably specified for Through Spindle Coolant or Through Tool Coolant Delivery for High Speed Machining with most of the Modern Machining CNCs.
