
Working Principle
- A ‘Catchment Tank with the Chip Hopper’ is generally placed beneath the Chip Conveyor catering to every Individual Machine Tool.
- Every such ‘Catchment Tank’ is equipped with ‘Chip Suction Port’ and a ‘Chip Metering Screw’ to Dose the Chips in the ‘Air Suction System’.
- Once the Chip Hopper is filled with Chips, the attached Laser Sensor triggers opening of the ‘Chip Suction Port’ permitting the ‘Chip Metering Screw’ to dose the Chips into the ‘Air Suction System’ which is the Carrier Medium for Chip Transportation.
- Chips rapidly travel through the dedicated ‘Aeraulic Pipe Network’ to reach the ‘Cyclone Separator’ placed at the ‘Chip Disposal Yard’.
- The ‘Cyclone Separator’ separates the Chips from the ‘Air Suction Stream’ to be sent to ‘Chip Wringer’ for Coolant Reclamation & Reuse followed by the ‘Chip Briquetter’ to Compact the Chips for economy & ease of Chip Storage, Chip Handling & Chip Transportation.
