Intelligent Coolant Management for a Centralised Setup
- The ACC – AIO is ideally Designed for Multiple Machine Installation.
- Individual Machine Unit Senses & Logs the Coolant Health on each Machine Tank.
- Central Feed System supplies the Coolant-Concentrate & Water
- This ensures supply of Precisely Tailored Emulsion, meeting the specific needs of each Machining Operations in addition to the Active Circulation in each Machine Tank.
- Through Continuous Measurement & Monitoring, the ACC – AIO determines the defined amount of Concentrate to be added & mixed to the Existing Emulsion thereby maintain the Set Concentration & Set Volume.
- Automatic Coolant Top-up at a Defined Concentration to meet the Set Concentration
- Uses Historical Data to determine the Defined Concentration for a every Top-up
- Undertakes Small Top-ups with Pre-mixing to avoid Thermal Shock.
- Freshly Prepared Emulsion is always Mechanically Pre-mixed with the Existing Emulsion for homogeneity.
